Alaska Hosted The Send-off Party For The Jr.NBA Team

It has been a momentous event for these select kids to represent the country in the Jr.NBA to be held in Los Angeles, California, USA. These kids were the successful products chosen from the Jr.NBA camp held recently in the country. They also had the chance to work-out with PBA legend Muggsy Bogues during the latter's visit in the country and the opportunity to come face-to-face with the Houston Rockets and Indiana Pacers teams which played an exhibition game at the MOA Arena.

The ten lucky boys were presented during the send-off party by Alaska All-Star Team last November 13, 2013 to different media organizations. Their itineraries were detailed during the event that include a visit to the Staples Center and a game against an American Team, to name a few. Included also is a sightseeing trip around the LA district. Alaska coach Jojo Lastimosa was also present at the send-off party, being the mentor of these kids in their basketball career.
